Attorney MARCO PETTERNELLA was born in Legnago in Verona Province on 15.10.1959. There he completed his schooling through to high school, where he matriculated majoring in Classical Studies.
He then registered with the Law Faculty at the Padua Academic University, from which he obtained a Degree in 1988.
Having completed his mandatory two-year legal traineeship and having passed the Bar Exam, he has been registered with the Bar Association of Rovigo since 16.7.1991 and with the Upper Magistrature Register of Attorneys since 26.9.2003.
From 1992 to 1997 he combined his Professional activities with an appointment as Honorary Assistant Prosecutor at the Rovigo District Magistrate’s Court.
He served as Chairman of the Criminal Bar Association of Rovigo from 2006 to 2011 and has been a Member of the United Bar Association Chairmen’s Council of the Veneto Region since 2006, acting as Coordinator in 2015.
From 2012 to 2014 he served as Director of the Rovigo Post-Graduate Legal Training School.
From 2015 to 2018 he was a Member of the Council of the Order of Lawyers of Rovigo.
